Rich and creamy cheesecake bars with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Allow the bars to cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an elegant touch. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
