  2. Whip to Soft Peaks: Using an electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Beat to Stiff Peaks: Continue to beat until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Serve or Store: Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes

Ensure your bowl and mixer attachments are chilled for faster whipping. Don’t overmix as it can turn the cream into butter.
