A luxurious whipped cream with a delicate sweetness, perfect for topping desserts or enjoying on its own.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients in a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat to soft peaks using an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Achieve stiff peaks by continuing to beat until the cream reaches stiff peaks, being careful not to overbeat.
  4. Serve or store immediately as a frosting or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

Chantilly cream is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. If it begins to lose its fluffiness, a quick whip can restore it.
