A delightful dessert combining rich brownies and creamy cheesecake with a sweet caramel twist, perfect for special occasions.

  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it evenly in the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie base.
  5. Bake for another 35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and finish with chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
