A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate brownies with creamy cheesecake and a sweet caramel drizzle.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions using the vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie layer.
  5. Bake in the oven for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with chocolate chips.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

For richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips and caramel sauce.
