A delightful dessert that combines the richness of brownies with creamy cheesecake, layered with chocolate and caramel for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread half of the batter into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until partially set.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and half of the caramel sauce. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie layer.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, drizzle the top with remaining caramel sauce.

Notes

For best results, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Don’t overmix the cheesecake filling.
