A delightful dessert combining rich brownies and creamy cheesecake, topped with luscious caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie base and smooth it out evenly.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheesecake sets.
  5. Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce for presentation. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days, or freeze for up to a month.
