A delightful fusion of cheesecake and caramel apples, perfect for gatherings and cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, then layer the sliced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce. Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Drizzle with more caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding nuts to the crust or swapping apples for pears or berries. Chilling is essential for the best texture and flavor.
