Deliciously combines creamy cheesecake, sweet apples, and rich caramel in easy-to-make bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Cool, then chill in the refrigerator before slicing into bars.

Notes

Serve with extra caramel or vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
