Indulge in the cozy flavors of fall with these delicious Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars, combining creamy cheesecake and sweet caramel with spiced apples.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake layer.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is set.
  10. Let the bars cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
