Delightful dessert bars blending creamy cheesecake with sweet caramel and fresh apples, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add 3/4 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until well blended.
  4. Fold in cinnamon apples, then pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
