Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the prepared pan to form the crust.

  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon in a separate bowl. Spoon apples over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the apples.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top and consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
