Delightful Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars combine creamy cheesecake with sweet caramel apples, perfect for gatherings or as a sweet treat at home.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×9 inches baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until everything is well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, along with the cinnamon.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set.
  7. Allow the bars to cool, then drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top before slicing into bars.

Notes

Best served chilled with a drizzle of caramel and a slice of apple on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
