A delightful fusion of scrambled eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, creamy avocado, and melty cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Avocado
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Salsa
  • Hash browns
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat, whisking well before pouring into the pan. Cook until fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage in a separate skillet until crispy, usually about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare the hash browns in another pan until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Warm each flour tortilla in the microwave for about 20 seconds or in a skillet until soft and pliable.
  5. Layer some scrambled eggs on each warm tortilla, then add crispy bacon or sausage, creamy avocado slices, and shredded cheddar cheese. Top with hash browns and drizzle with salsa.
  6. Roll the burrito tightly from one end to the other. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
