  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the sliced chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and chicken, mixing well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes
