Scale
  • 1 Butterball turkey breast (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or sage)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
  2. Create the herb butter mixture by melting the butter and combining it with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Infuse the turkey with the herb butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Cover and set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Rest, slice, and serve the turkey once cooked.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor. Let the turkey rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
