A simple yet elegant appetizer featuring creamy Burrata cheese, burst cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil on toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • Baguette or crusty bread
  • Burrata cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  3. Arrange the bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the tomato mixture by combining chopped cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
