A delicious plant-based twist on buffalo chicken wings, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

For uniform cooking, cut cauliflower into equal-sized florets. Adjust the spiciness to taste.
