A rich and fudgy brownie topped with creamy peanut butter frosting and smooth chocolate ganache, perfect for sharing or indulging yourself.

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with granulated sugar until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl; gradually mix into the wet mixture.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
  7. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the baked brownies.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and milk over low heat until shiny and smooth.
  9. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  10. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a nutty crunch, consider adding chopped nuts to the brownie batter. If you like extra peanut butter flavor, swirl it in before baking.
