A delicious and easy dish combining classic Italian bruschetta flavors with juicy chicken, topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
