A delicious and easy-to-make dip that combines the flavors of fudge brownies into a creamy, shareable treat.

  • 1 box brownie mix (about 18.4 oz, fudge variety preferred)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 34 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or Nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the dry brownie mix and beat the mixture until fully combined.
  4. Incorporate the milk one tablespoon at a time until you achieve a smooth dip.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  6. Add optional mini chocolate chips and swirl in peanut butter or Nutella if desired.
  7. Chill the dip in a serving bowl for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.

Notes

Pair with graham crackers, sliced apples, or pretzel sticks for a delightful contrast. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
