A creamy and decadent dip that captures all the rich flavors of brownie batter, perfect for sharing with fruits, cookies, or just a spoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (about 18.4 oz, fudge variety preferred)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 34 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or Nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or spatula until it is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the dry brownie mix into the bowl with the cream cheese and beat until fully combined and thick.
  4. Incorporate the milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and smooth.
  6. Add in optional mini chocolate chips and swirl in peanut butter or Nutella if desired.
  7. Chill the dip in a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Serve with graham crackers, sliced apples, or pretzel sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
