Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest for a few minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your liking (sunny side up, scrambled, etc.).

Notes
