Delightful cupcakes filled with creamy custard and topped with rich chocolate glaze, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup custard filling
  • 1 cup chocolate glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until fully combined.
  6. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Once cooled, use a piping bag to fill each cupcake with custard filling.
