  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs and transfer the skillet to the oven; roast for 25-30 minutes.
