  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs in the skillet until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine and deglaze the pan.
  7. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them in the creamy sauce.
  8. Simmer the dish for a few minutes until heated through.
  9. Serve the chicken with rice or bread, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
