A comforting and nourishing breakfast made with creamy oats and fresh blueberries, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl or jar. Stir well to combine!
  2. Fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Stir the mixture in the morning and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to three days in the refrigerator. Experiment with different toppings for variety.
