  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and hot for your cookies!
  2. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and add the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour mixture with the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and blueberries until well combined.
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into rounds.
  8. Fill half the rounds with blueberry cream and top with the remaining rounds.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  10. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
