Delightful Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries wrapped in a flaky puff pastry, perfect for brunch or dessert.

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares, about 4 inches per side.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square, then top with fresh blueberries.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the pastries cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
