  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Stir well to ensure there are no clumps.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Add sweetener to taste and gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  4. Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally topped with extra blueberries or a sprinkle of nuts.
