  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until lightly frothy.
  4. Combine the egg mixture with the oats mixture, stirring gently.
  5. Fold in the blueberries, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is set and golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving to make slicing easier.

Notes
