Delightful baked donuts filled with sweet blackberry cream, topped with crunchy butter cookie crumbles.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blackberry filling
  • 1/2 cup crumbled butter cookies or cake for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill each donut mold halfway with the batter, add blackberry filling, then top with more batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Top with crumbled butter cookies or cake.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
