A delightful dessert combining a crispy meringue with whipped cream and fresh berries, perfect for special occasions.

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the egg whites in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract gently.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in a circular shape, creating a slight indentation in the center.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the outside is crisp and the inside is soft. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  6. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until it forms soft peaks.
  7. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled meringue and garnish with mixed berries and mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Berry Pavlova.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store components separately to avoid sogginess.
