Tender and flavorful BBQ ribs slathered in a rich BBQ sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Wrap the ribs in foil, sealing well.
  5. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking tray and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  7. Raise the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
