A delicious and crunchy Bang Bang Shrimp dish draped in a creamy, spicy sauce, offering a delightful burst of flavors.

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang Sauce. Set aside.
  2. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the shrimp until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve garnished with green onions.
