A comforting pasta dish featuring shrimp in a creamy, spicy sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Create the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add the cooked pasta and the Bang Bang sauce, stirring to combine and heat through.
  6. Top with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
