A quick and flavorful Bang Bang Salmon recipe that’s healthy and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed jasmine rice or a fresh green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
