A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of a banana split with layered goodness, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 68 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks, drained
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Spread half of this mixture over the graham crackers.
  3. Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Feel free to change the fruit or use a lighter version with low-fat options.
