Delightful individual dessert cups that combine creamy cheesecake with the sweetness of fresh bananas.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • For topping: whipped cream and banana slices

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of dessert cups to form a crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  5. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the cups, followed by a layer of banana slices.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Top with whipped cream and additional banana slices for garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for better flavor. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered.
