A delicious and healthy baked salmon dish infused with lemon and herbs, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes
