A comforting chicken dinner infused with creamy goodness and a hint of garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with steamed veggies or a salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand or add herbs to the cheese mixture.
