  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (30g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and milk.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
