  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides.
