A vibrant and creamy blend of fluffy tri-color rotini pasta, crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and olives in a delightful ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 4.25-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Add a splash of milk for a creamy consistency.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the dressing and stir in the bacon, tomatoes, olives, and cheese. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, use smoked bacon. This dish can be made a day in advance for busy schedules.
