A tasty and healthy dish combining rich tuna flavors with creamy avocado, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of diced celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna and mashed avocado.
  2. Add the lemon juice, red onion, celery, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves if desired.
