  • 3 large Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Olives, sliced (Kalamata or green)
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
