  • 1 box of butter cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cooked apples (or apple pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the butter cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in a bowl, then press into the pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
  5. Top with cooked apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Cool before slicing and serving.
