A delightful blend of apple crisp and creamy cheesecake, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for apples)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  4. Toss sliced apples with 1/4 cup granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust, then layer the seasoned apples on top.
  6. Mix rolled oats with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and some melted butter for streusel. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or caramel sauce for an extra treat.
