A delightful mix of flavors and textures, Ambrosia Salad is a refreshing dish perfect for warm weather and ideal for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the sour cream and cool whip until smooth in another bowl.
  3. Fold the sour cream mixture into the fruit mixture until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served cold. Garnish with extra shredded coconut or whole nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
