A delightful Amaretto Cheesecake with a nutty almond crust and creamy filling, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toasted almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and granulated sugar to create a crust.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, sour cream, Amaretto, eggs, and vanilla extract while mixing until everything is well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  7. Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Once baked, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside.
  9. Transfer the cheesecake to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle toasted almonds on top.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace Amaretto with almond extract or a splash of vanilla.
